The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The number of Zepp Sticks you’ll need depends on the length of your sailboat’s boom. Check the FAQs or Contact Us if you are unsure of how to place your order or how many individual sticks you need.

Zepp Sticks have a 2-year warranty. Coverage guarantees replacement or repair of the device at Zepp Sticks LLC’s discretion. This guarantee does not extend to coverage in cases where the device has been abused or used for purposes other than described on the Zepp Sticks Website.

Our standard shipping method is via USPS ground.

We also do expedited shipping upon request, at customers' expense. 

For international deliveries, we will ship via best way (UPS or US Mail).

Within 30 days of your purchase of Zepp Sticks, if they do not meet your expectations or purposes, you can return the device(s) for a full refund.  

This full refund return policy applies to circumstances where Zepp Sticks have incurred reasonable wear. Refund where Zepp Sticks have been damaged or incurred excessive wear will be at Zepp Sticks LLC’s discretion.
